Migration Tools Package

Status: Complete

This package implements the file-based to graph backend migration tools as defined in the Migration Strategy v1.0.

Architecture

The migration follows a three-phase approach:

1. Phase 1: Document Layer Population - Scan YAML files and create Document nodes
2. Phase 2: Entity Layer Extraction - Parse YAML and create Entity nodes with embeddings
3. Phase 3: Relationship Layer Construction - Extract references and create edges
