# Migration Tools Package

**Status**: Complete

This package implements the file-based to graph backend migration tools as defined in the Migration Strategy v1.0.

## Architecture

The migration follows a three-phase approach:

1. **Phase 1: Document Layer Population** - Scan YAML files and create Document nodes
2. **Phase 2: Entity Layer Extraction** - Parse YAML and create Entity nodes with embeddings
3. **Phase 3: Relationship Layer Construction** - Extract references and create edges
