# Onboarding (ZQK Community)

**CLI:** default executable token. Live binary is `brand.executable_name` in `config/zqk-local.yaml` (wins) then `config/zqk.yaml`. Project YAML SSOT is `config/`. Kernel data stays under `.zqk/` (not a second config tree).
